1. Python Full Stack Developer(s)

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 0 – 3 Years

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Python Full Stack Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across backend and frontend layers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop backend services using Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI).

  • Build responsive front-end interfaces using React / Angular / Vue.js.

  • Design and optimize REST APIs and database schemas.

  • Integrate third-party APIs and cloud services.

  • Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python.

  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

  • Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.

Good to Have:

  • Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP).

  • Knowledge of microservices architecture.

2. Java Full Stack Developer(s)

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 0–3 Years

Role Overview:
The Java Full Stack Developer will work on enterprise-grade applications, contributing to both backend and frontend development.

We are looking for a Flutter Full Stack Developer to build high-performance mobile applications supported by robust backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter.

  • Build and integrate backend services (Node.js / Python / Java).

  • Ensure seamless API integrations and app performance.

  • Debug, test, and deploy applications.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Flutter and Dart.

4. Automation Tester

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 0–2 Years

Role Overview:
The Automation Tester will design and execute automated test scripts to ensure high software quality across Lyntrix products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop automation frameworks and test scripts.

  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.

  • Identify, document, and track defects.

  • Collaborate with developers to improve test coverage.

Required Skills:

  • Automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG).

  • Programming knowledge (Java / Python).

  • API testing (Postman, REST Assured).

  • CI/CD integration experience.

Good to Have:

  • Performance testing exposure (JMeter).

  • Experience in Agile projects.

5. Business Analyst

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3–8 Years

Role Overview:
The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business and functional requirements.

  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.

  • Support UAT and stakeholder communication.

  • Work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio.

Good to Have:

  • Domain exposure to SaaS / FinTech / EdTech / AI platforms.

6. Front Office

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview:
The Front office Executive will be the first point of contact for Lyntrix, responsible for front-desk operations and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage front-office operations.

  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence.

  • Maintain visitor logs and office supplies.

  • Support basic HR and administrative tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

  • Professional appearance and attitude.
